AMO (Client-side Project Management Assistance): we represent you as the owner throughout the project.

• Programme definition: formalisation of your needs, performance goals, budget constraints and target schedule.
• Bid analysis: technical and financial comparison of contractor proposals, reasoned recommendation for each work package.
• Budget monitoring: continuous cost control, validation of progress payments, management of change orders and alerts in case of drift.
• Defence of your interests: verification that delivered services match the specifications, with no compromise on quality.

AME (Execution Management Assistance): we run the site on a day-to-day basis.

• Trade coordination: scheduling of interventions, management of interfaces between technical work packages (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, second-fix) and running of site meetings.
• On-site quality control: verification of compliance with execution plans, SIA standards and technical specifications at every stage.
• Schedule management: progress monitoring, identification of potential delays and implementation of corrective measures before they impact delivery.
• Testing and commissioning: coordination of functional testing phases (waterproofing, electrical, HVAC, fire safety) before acceptance.
• Acceptance and snag list follow-up: final inspection, snag list preparation, follow-up of remedial works and validation of delivery.
