Deadline commitment for works

Reliability, deadline commitment and guaranteed peace of mind

Ensure deadline commitment
for works with no surprises

A site that overruns its deadlines means double rent, a postponed move, disrupted business or contractual penalties. At Class Orga, schedule compliance is not a marketing promise: it is a method. Driven by our interior architecture studio, every mission is structured so that the announced delivery date is the actual delivery date.

Delays on a site rarely have a single cause. They almost always result from a chain of small slippages: a material order placed too late, a trade starting before the previous one has finished, an unformalised client decision, an unanticipated technical issue. Our method aims to eliminate each of these sources of drift.

How we guarantee deadline compliance:

  • Critical-path planning: identification of tasks whose slightest delay impacts the delivery date, with built-in safety margins on high-risk stages.
  • Detailed phasing: breakdown of the project into intermediate milestones with clear validation dates. Each milestone is a checkpoint: if a slippage appears, it is detected and corrected before it propagates.
  • Early orders: materials and equipment with long lead times are ordered as soon as the project is validated, not when the site needs them.
  • Sequenced trade coordination: each trade works in a precise, pre-validated order. The plasterer does not start before the electrician has finished. The painter does not work until the plaster is dry. No haphazard overlap.
  • Regular site meetings: weekly progress reviews with all stakeholders, schedule update, identification of blockers and immediate decisions.
  • Formalised client decisions: every choice that impacts the schedule (materials, finishes, changes) is validated in writing with a deadline, to avoid uncertainty that pushes everything else back.

This rigour applies equally to a 3-week flat renovation and to a multi-trade site running several months. The principle is the same: anticipate, sequence, control, react. This is what allows our clients to plan their move-in, business restart or letting on a reliable date.
