Entrusting a construction project to a general contractor means entrusting tens of thousands of francs and access to your property. Trust cannot rest on promises alone: it must rest on concrete, contractual and verifiable guarantees. At Class Orga, every project is backed by a clear protection framework, built over more than 40 years of experience in the Canton of Geneva. What we specifically guarantee to every client:

Contractual and legal warranties

  • Ten-year warranty: in accordance with Swiss standards, we guarantee the structural integrity of works and the compliance of all construction for the full applicable legal period.
  • Professional liability insurance: every project is covered by our liability insurance, which protects the client in the event of damage caused during or after the works.
  • Construction site insurance: coverage of site-related risks (fire, water damage, theft of materials) to secure your investment throughout the entire duration of the works.
  • Retention guarantee: a percentage of the total contract amount is retained until the end of the warranty period, in accordance with SIA standards, to cover any defects identified after acceptance.

 

Process guarantees

  • Detailed quote and fixed price: the amount is set before work begins. Any additional cost requires a written amendment, approved by you before execution.
  • Acceptance report: at the end of the project, we carry out a joint inspection with you. Every reservation is recorded in writing and addressed within an agreed timeframe.
  • Reservation clearance: defects identified during acceptance are rectified at our expense, within the deadlines set in the acceptance report.
  • Document traceability: execution plans, material data sheets, site reports and compliance certificates are archived and handed over to the client upon delivery.
