Building automation and MCR systems

Reliable measurement, control and regulation systems

Master your MCR systems
building automation expert

MCR systems (Measurement, Control, Regulation) are the technical brain of your building. They drive the heating, ventilation, lighting and hot water production in a coordinated, automated and optimised way. Without MCR, each installation runs in a silo. With it, everything communicates and adapts in real time to occupancy conditions, weather and energy performance targets. As part of our all-trades works, we design, install and configure building automation systems for new-build and renovation projects in the Canton of Geneva.

Our team masters open communication protocols (BACnet, KNX, Modbus) that allow equipment from different manufacturers to dialogue within the same building management system (BMS). Each architecture is designed to be scalable: adding a floor, integrating a new technical package or connecting a remote site is done without calling the existing installation into question.

Our MCR and automation services:

  • HVAC control: automated management of boiler rooms, hydraulic networks, air handling units and ventilation groups, with setpoint management by zones and time slots.
  • Lighting management: automated lighting scenarios, integration of presence detectors and brightness sensors, centralised control via KNX or DALI.
  • Energy monitoring: integration of smart sensors (temperature, humidity, CO2, consumption), real-time dashboards and reporting for performance tracking.
  • Supervision and BMS: deployment of centralised supervision platforms, remotely accessible, with alarm management, histories and trends.
  • Multi-site supervision: connection of several buildings or remote sites on a single control interface, via open protocols.
  • Modernisation of existing installations: replacement of obsolete controllers, migration to open protocols, optimisation of heating curves and control sequences.
  • Configuration and commissioning: fine-tuning of control loops, functional tests, operator training and complete technical documentation.

Building automation is not a luxury reserved for large complexes. A residential building, an office floor or a shop benefit just as much from intelligent regulation: less waste, more comfort, simpler maintenance and compliance with cantonal energy requirements.
