Building IT network installation in Geneva
Reliability. Security. Network performance
Master your network installation
For reliable and secure connectivity
A building without a reliable network infrastructure means a business running in slow motion: unstable connection, dropped video calls, failing telephony, non-functioning video surveillance. As part of our all-trades works, we design and install building IT networks for businesses, office buildings and professional premises in the Canton of Geneva.
Each project begins with a diagnosis of the existing infrastructure and an analysis of your needs: number of workstations, types of use (data, voice, video, IoT), bandwidth, security and scalability requirements. On this basis, we size a structured, stable infrastructure ready to absorb the growth of your business.
Our building IT network services:
- Structured copper cabling: pulling of Cat. 6a or Cat. 7 cables, installation of RJ45 sockets, cable trays and trunking, with certification of each link through performance measurement.
- Fibre optic backbones: deployment of single-mode or multi-mode fibre links between floors, buildings or remote sites, for high availability and guaranteed bandwidth.
- Racks and patch cabinets: supply, installation and wiring of IT racks, patch panels, cable organisers and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
- Professional Wi-Fi networks: deployment of WLAN access points with coverage study, network segmentation (staff, visitors, IoT) and centralised management.
- IP telephony: cabling and connection of VoIP handsets, integration with existing unified communication systems.
- Video surveillance and access control: PoE (Power over Ethernet) cabling for IP cameras, badge readers and intercoms, with connection to patch racks and recorders.
- Redundant infrastructures: ring topology, backup links and high-availability sizing for critical environments (trading, data centres, healthcare).
- Compliance upgrades and evolution: audit of existing infrastructure, replacement of obsolete cabling, network extension and migration to current standards.
IT infrastructure cannot be separated from the building’s other technical networks. We coordinate each installation with electricians, HVAC installers and suspended ceiling installers so that cable trays, penetrations and reservations are planned upstream, avoiding any costly rework after the structures are closed.
