Floor covering is one of the most demanding surfaces in a building: daily traffic, furniture moves, cleaning, impacts, moisture. A poorly laid or poorly chosen floor degrades quickly and leads to costly repairs. As part of our all-trades works, we supply and install floor coverings for all types of buildings in the Canton of Geneva: housing, multi-unit buildings, shops, technical rooms and office buildings.

Each project begins with an analysis of the existing substrate and the intended use. On this basis, we recommend the most suitable material, format and installation technique, and we prepare the substrate (levelling, smoothing, moisture treatment) to ensure optimal adhesion and a long service life.

• Technical floors: antistatic coverings for server rooms, reinforced floors for heavy loads, epoxy joints for areas sensitive to moisture or chemicals.

We handle the entire intervention: removal of the old covering if needed, substrate preparation (regulating primers, underlays, levelling), professional installation and finishes (skirtings, thresholds, transitions). Each site is coordinated with the other trades to respect the overall schedule and deliver a ready-to-use floor on time.
